Good quiet location (we had rooms to the back yard), old town easily and quickly accessible by car. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent, exceptional for Italy, service staff very attentive, always replenished.
Room a little small, but for 1 night ok.

The room was neat with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Convenient location in a very quiet area adjacent to Italy, the town centre and the center even at night. Abundant continental breakfast - something for everyone...

The continental breakfast offered delicious food and the restaurant was particularly good, plus the location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the center.

Very clean, new rooms, fancy bathroom.
The footpath to the old town is quite long :(

The room was modern with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The staff was superbly friendly and the views were wonderful. The hotel had indeed a particularly good location outside of the Old City Center

The location of this place was very convenient as it is within walking distance of the historic and very interesting town. It also offers adequate onsite free parking, which is a big plus. The staff here were very happy to assist without being pushy, and they were genuinely interested in our daily outings. They even provided us with local knowledge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of options to suit everyone's taste. the service and quality here were top-notch.
The staff here seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, but that didn't affect the overall positive experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

very large parking lot, quiet location and yet within a few minutes in the Centro Storico. Breakfast in order. Big bathroom with window. In the room was missing a seat for the second person. Good restaurants nearby.

Internet not working and neither the hotel nor Vodafone was able to solve the problem. It should not say that this hotel has internet.

Air conditioning not good, but they were working on it, otherwise fabulous!

The hotel provided comfortable, modern rooms and had friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast had a plentiful selection of fresh and warm pastries, fresh fruit, and good coffee. Additionally, the hotel had free parking and was easy to access by public transportation. It was also conveniently located outside of the historic centre but only a short walk away.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The location and facilities are good. There is a free private parking. The walking distance to the Cathedral is 1400m. The hotel is likely set up for business travellers and there is no much atmosphere. We were completely alone in a huge hall, when we drunk our beer before going to bed. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was OK.
